Step 1: Email Set Up
Choose your preferred email client:
Gmail:
Note: college gmail student accounts won't allow you to add a second "send as" email address. Adding your @collegezoom.com email only works with regular gmail accounts. 1. Go into your mail settings (click on the gear symbol and then click "See All Settings" in the pop up menu that appears)
2. Click the "Accounts and Imports" tab

Part 3: Gmail will mark some College Zoom emails as Junk unless you do this
Office365 can be a bit hyperactive at times with filtering emails as junk. Therefore, I recommend that, at least once a day, log into this webpage: thesitewizard.com (using your current CZ email credentials) and look in the email junk folder. Sometimes legitimate emails will go there. If they do, be sure to click the button to report the emails as not spam. That way, Office 365 will no longer automatically filter emails from that sender to the spam box
Part 4: Possible Glitch
If you're using gmail, there's a known glitch that might affect you. It's emails you send to others via your College Zoom email address through gmail are automatically sent to you as if you emailed a new message to yourself. If this happens to you, here is how to fix it.
In settings, go to Filters and Blocked Addresses
You can create a filter where if your CZ email sends an email to your GMAIL, you can opt to have it automatically deleted.
For example, I put in these filter features:
From David@collegezoom.com
To: david.b.reynaldo@gmail.com
Then I clicked create filter and in the options of actions to take when these conditions are met, I selected "delete it". However, in your case, ensure the email you set for your filters is your own College Zoom email.
